For a Safe Effective Practice, kindly follow these instructions
Clothing
Wear Comfortable, Loose-Fitting Clothing that allows free movements.
Food & Drink
Avoid heavy meals at least 2–3 hours before the session. If needed, take a light snack or warm water 30–45 minutes prior. Avoid drinking large amounts of water during the session


Yoga Mat
Please use a yoga mat or a clean, non-slip surface for proper support and safety.
Space
Choose a quiet, clean, and well-ventilated area with enough space to move freely.
Practice within your comfort level. If you have any medical conditions, listen to your body and avoid strain.
